  Because of a new US postal service regulation, Zipcon's address
has changed slightly.  Mail to Zipcon goes into a private mailbox
(a post office box run by a private company).  The postal service
has decided that mail to private mailboxes must be specified with
"PMB".  There is also an extension to the zip code now.  Please be
sure to use this exact address when sending US mail Zipcon:
